About Busiverse

Purpose

Busiverse was established to address a recurring executive challenge:
innovation initiatives expand, but accountability and structural clarity often do not.

Most organizations do not lack ambition.
They lack disciplined governance alignment as portfolios grow.

That is the gap Busiverse addresses.

Perspective

Busiverse operates independently of implementation vendors and transformation programs.

Its role is not to execute initiatives, but to restore structural clarity and executive-level control across active portfolios.

Founder

Founded by Mahmoud Hashemzadeh, Busiverse draws on more than two decades of experience across structured delivery, digital initiatives, and innovation oversight.

The perspective combines technical understanding with executive-level structural thinking.

This background shapes the structured, practical, and outcome-driven management approach we now offer to clients in the UAE and beyond:

British Airways GSA Establishment (Brand Positioning & IT Project Lead)

As part of the core team responsible for setting up the British Airways General Sales Agent (GSA) operations in the country, he led key activities across brand positioning, market alignment, and IT systems implementation. This included:

Brand Positioning & Market Launch

  • Localized the British Airways global brand to fit regional expectations while maintaining strict corporate identity standards.
  • Developed the market-entry positioning, messaging, and customer experience framework for the GSA.
  • Coordinated with the airline’s regional headquarters to align communication, service protocols, and brand deployment.
  • Contributed to launch strategies, partner communication, and commercial alignment across agencies and travel partners.

IT Systems & Operational Enablement

  • Led the coordination and implementation of core IT systems required for GSA functionality, including cyber security, reservation system integration, reporting tools, and operational platforms between the main office and the airport and the BA central oprational office in London.
  • Managed vendor selection, technical onboarding, system testing, and alignment with British Airways’ global technology requirements.
  • Ensured data, security, and compliance standards met airline and regulatory expectations.
  • Oversaw workflows connecting sales, customer service, finance, and performance monitoring through integrated IT processes.

Outcome

The GSA launched with a fully aligned brand presence, stable technology infrastructure, and operational readiness, enabling consistent service delivery, smoother customer interactions, and strong early commercial performance.

Market Development & Launch Campaign for Hyundai H350 Solati

He led the market development initiative for the Hyundai H350 Solati in his country, overseeing a nationwide campaign aimed at replacing aging commercial vehicles with the new H350 model. His responsibilities included:

  • Conducting market analysis and segmentation to identify high-potential customer groups and fleet operators.
  • Designing the replacement campaign strategy, aligning messaging, incentives, and outreach with Hyundai’s positioning and local market realities.
  • Coordinating with dealerships, distributors, and regulatory bodies to ensure campaign feasibility and compliance.
  • Managing promotional activities, digital campaigns, and field marketing efforts to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Tracking performance metrics and refining campaign tactics to accelerate conversion rates and fleet upgrades.

The project successfully established the H350 Solati as a competitive option in the commercial vehicle segment, enabling Hyundai to penetrate a traditionally resistant market and modernize a significant portion of the active fleet.

Project Management for the First and Second VIV Bi-Annual Poultry & Livestock Fairs

He successfully managed the execution of the first and second VIV bi-annual poultry and livestock fairs in his country; major international trade events requiring rigorous coordination and operational discipline. His responsibilities included:

Leading the end-to-end project plan, from early stakeholder alignment with VIV’s global organizers to final on-site delivery.

  • Coordinating international exhibitors, sponsors, and industry associations, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.
  • Managing venue logistics, technical infrastructure, and contractor performance, keeping timelines tight and budgets controlled.
  • Designing and overseeing visitor flow, registration systems, and exhibitor support processes, enabling smooth operations across both events.
  • Driving promotional and communication efforts, ensuring strong turnout and industry visibility.

Both fairs were delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high satisfaction from international partners—setting the foundation for future VIV events in the region.

IT Project Management for ZDF’s Local Office

He handled IT project management for the ZDF office in his country, taking responsibility for the technical infrastructure that a major European broadcaster relies on to operate abroad. His role went beyond routine IT support and included:

  • Overseeing deployment and maintenance of broadcast-related IT systems, ensuring full compatibility with ZDF’s internal standards and Germany-based infrastructure.
  • Coordinating cross-border technical operations, serving as the primary link between local staff, external vendors, and ZDF’s central IT and engineering teams.
  • Maintaining system security and compliance, including data-transfer protocols, content handling requirements, and secure communication channels essential for an international media office.
  • Implementing workflow and communication tools that supported editorial, administrative, and production functions.
  • Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations without disrupting reporting workflows, transmission activities, or day-to-day office operations.

Brand Identity & Business Design Project: GISP Spare Parts Distributor

He led the full brand creation and business design project for GISP, a growing spare parts distributor entering a competitive aftermarket landscape. His work covered the entire process from concept to execution, including:
